This cake was soooo much fun to make! I had instructions from the birthday girl....she knew exactly what she wanted! The top layer was a 2 layer chocolate cake and the bottom was a 2 layer white cake! She wanted it to have polka dots, happy birthday, white and chocolate cake and tiered.
