Wow! So I have been super crazy and not had time to get my blog updated. Today I am home sick and feeling somewhat better so thought I would give it a try at updating. I will be posting just pictures with no discription being I am so far behind. Happy 30th~

This was my fist cake with fondany accents while taking my fondant class. I had used fondant in the past but never had the correct materials to complete it! This was done for a good friend of mine's 30th birthday party! This was strawberry with cream cheese frosting!

This was a small little two layer chocolate cake for a new customer of mine! She had just purchased cookies and a cake for her daughters birthday and two days later it was her birthday! I just had to make her a little happy! Hope she enjoys it!

This was my step dad's birthday cake! He wanted amaretto cake and buttercream frosting! This was cat tail attempt #2 that just seemed to be missing something! I did not figure out what until we had all eaten the cake! lol
The cat tails could use a few leaves! :)

Construction Zone!

This cake was so much fun! It definatly falls under one of my favorites! This adorable little red head I know was turning 1 and is all into construction! This is the smash cake...it was chocolate cake with buttercream frosting!

This was his big cake to go with it! The top tier was a 6 inch strawberry cake and the bottom tier was a 10 inch chocolate cake all with buttercream frosting!
